General Eligibility
Education: Enrolled in, accepted to, or returning to an accredited college or university
Academic standing: Generally a minimum 3.0 GPA
Geographic focus: Initial focus on underserved and inner-city communities in Chicago and Los Angeles
Financial need: Preferred and considered as part of the review
Trade programs: May be considered on a case-by-case basis
Eligibility, award amounts, and the number of awards may vary by scholarship cycle. Specific requirements will be published for each opportunity.
Scholarship Stewardship
DNA's strong preference is to remit scholarship awards directly to the recipient's accredited educational institution whenever possible.
This approach helps keep scholarship funding focused on its intended educational purpose while supporting responsible stewardship for students, families, and donors.
